Responsibilities Include:  

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities such as systems analysis, and computer programming.  

• Leads a team of Business Intelligent Analysts to ensure analysis and evaluations of user issues are defined with a path to resolution.

• Collaborates with customer, prime and Leidos technical experts to improve and sustain MPE in an agile software environment.

• Defines output requirements for user acceptance to manage testing and systems controls. 

• Participates in daily scrum team meetings to share results and aid Systems Engineers and Software Developers in defining backlog. 

• Communicates with Leidos OM&S team members, customer technical team and Leidos executive leadership.

• Reports to OM&S Program Manager.

Clearance Required: 

• Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education: 

• Ability to apply advanced Business Intelligence Analyst methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).  

• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.  

• Bachelor’s degree – Candidate may substitute additional years of experience.  

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years’ experience.

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.

• Previously worked on cloud application programs in a SAFe agile environment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 – $157,450.00
