Your new role

You will be joining one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the USA! You will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a local expert in your sector and be joining a team who pride themselves on providing the best service to our clients and candidates.

Every day will be a fresh challenge! You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and promoting our staffing services to a wide variety of new and existing clients within your specialist field, through cold-calling, face-to-face meetings and networking at industry events.

Working closely with the recruitment team in order to proactively identify candidates to present to our clients, you will be making a difference to people’s lives every day. We promote a meritocratic environment and you will have accountability and ownership for your market(s) and the support and training to build your career with a global leader.

What you will need to succeed

You already have a track record of success in sales or staffing and are known amongst your friends as the person that gets things done! You describe yourself as ambitious and not afraid of hard work, like to see results and someone thrive in a target orientated, high performance culture where you have the opportunity to control your own destiny.

As you will be maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers within organizations you must be inquisitive, have commercial acumen, be a confident communicator and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment to deliver results. You will demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering on your promises, all while having a great time!
