The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client & agency relationships, working with our Ops Team to optimize mobile advertising campaigns, providing analysis and reports for clients, and driving revenue for the company through amazing customer service. This is NOT a sales role, but you will be responsible for driving the relationship with existing clients and creating long term partnerships. You will gain experience in account management and the mobile industry as a whole
This role is for our New York office.
- Be a consultative partner by helping the teams we work with solve marketing needs with creative mobile ad solutions
- Create renewal business by highlighting campaign performance and providing the best possible customer service
- Be the company’s eyes and ears with customers and provide critical feedback on the product and company
- Intellectual firepower and a PASSION for digital technology
- Desire to work in the mobile advertising industry
- 2+ years of Account Management or related work experience (mobile experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to working with team members and clients to deliver the highest quality mobile products
- Strong interpersonal skills that focus on the team and not the individual
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
