IT Client Services Project Analyst

Position Title: IT Client Services Project Analyst Position Summary This is a role in the Information Technology organization, to provide day-to-day project organization and leadership for the Client Services/Enterprise Operations team. Essential Job Functions * Provide day-to-day project management for ongoing Client Services projects. * Provide and update detailed project plans for all task owners and stakeholders * Initiate requirements gathering, risk assessments, testing plans and user acceptance for all projects. * Take ownership of all customer interactions with regards to project initiation and maintenance, utilize appropriate follow-through, and log all customer interactions. * Act as QA resource for all development in ITSM production system * Monitor and report on project status to management, stakeholders and team * Assure projects progress toward meeting their objectives, determining the cause of deviations from the plan, taking corrective actions to address deviation * Coordinating activities across different organizational functions * Collaboratewith vendors engaged in project work; manage, monitor, evaluate their contributions to the project. * Documentproblems, resolutions and lessons learned for future reference * Administration of ITSM System (for example Service Catalog updates and maintenance, workflow building and editing, custom application deployments, troubleshooting application functionality and integrations). Education/Certifications * Highschool diploma or equivalent * Bachelors degree or technical training in Computer Science, Information Systems Management and/or three (3) years of equivalent work experience preferred * Three (3) to (5) years of experience in project management within IT organization preferred * Minimum one (1) PM Certifications (CompTIA Project Plus, PMI * Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management System preferred * ITIL Certification preferred Other Skills/Abilities * Experience in a technology support organization * Strong organizational skills * Understand complex information and work out requirements * Attention to detail * Strong communication skills; both verbal and written * Project stakeholder management * Highdegree of comprehension of the requests presented by customers degree of problem solving Internal/External Relationships g ability to connect and build relationships with colleagues via virtual methods, phone and email ability to work independently Reports to: IT Service Desk Supervisor Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/A Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
