Product Catalog Operations Analyst

The Position

The Product Catalog Operations Analyst will join a team of eCommerce experts responsible for adding new footwear products to our websites. This position is responsible for the last phase of item setup and ensuring the product is available for customers to buy on *********.

Upon coming on board, you can expect to:

Work with the Product Catalog Operations team to complete the creation of the product on the website including, but not limited to, the product categorization, size charts, pricing and other product information.
Analyze product creation data to insure compliance and communicate to cross-functional partners as appropriate
Establish reporting to communicate progress and backlogs.
Develop partnerships within the Product Catalog Operations team, Operations and Merchandising.
Implement and execute best industry practices, processes, and procedures.
Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role may be for you if you have:

Bachelors Degree with 1-2 years in an ecommerce site operations role or relevant experience.
Advanced Excel skills, e.g., VLOOKUP, match index function, macros, VBA.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to reach a solution.
Can handle, prioritize, and interpret large files of data and information.
Curiosity and passion to improve processes and learn new tools.
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage independent timelines and weekly/monthly tasks.
