Project Lead / Coordinator
Candidate will be responsible for assisting the project management / leadership in the planning, coordination, and communication related to CRM focused projects from origination through implementation.

Dedicated Project Lead / Coordination experience (Required – 3 Years)
Strong communication verbal / written (Required)
CAPM certification (Desired)
MS Project (Desired – 1 Years)
MS Visio (Desired – 1 Years)
¢ Support project managers and project team in the successful implementation of new applications, systems and processes based on strategic goals, objectives and initiatives.
¢ Administer the project tasks and manage the dependencies to ensure that activities are consistent with established corporate standards.
¢ Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules for multiple projects or workstreams.
¢ Track project changes and produce change notifications and updated project documents as agreed with Project Management.
¢ Monitor project deliverables and timelines, notify the Project Manager when issues arise and take follow-up actions
¢ Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials
¢ Take meeting minutes and action items during meetings and perform basic follow-up.
¢ Initiate and maintain communications with internal and external customers including project stakeholders, taskforce, steering committee, etc.
¢ Responsible for creating and submitting various weekly and monthly deliverables such as project schedule updates, project dashboards, monthly status reports, etc.
¢ Assist the Project Manager in tracking and budget expenses and analyzing discrepancies.
¢ Create and maintain supporting documentation for processes and procedures.
¢ Support ad-hoc requests from project managers requiring editing, problem solving, and administrative duties.
¢ Assisting with project documentation – agendas, meeting minutes, project plan, presentations, and project reporting.
¢ Bachelor Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
¢ Minimum of two years demonstrated success in supporting projects
¢ Experience taking meeting notes and creating / maintaining project documentation
¢ Exposure to CRM focused projects would be highly desired
¢ Advanced experience with MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
¢ Experience with MS Visio and MS Project is ideal
¢ Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written
