Wanted: Global Innovators To Help Us Build Tomorrows Enterprise In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Location for this position is Westlake Texas This position may require 20% travel and or relocation U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least of 7 years of experience with Information Technology . Preferred At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and implementation. At least 5 years of experience in managing Infrastructure projects and ITIL Knowledge. Exceptional knowledge of service delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments. Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals Project Scoping, Estimation and Scheduling o Participate in client discussions to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information to provide inputs for project scoping documents o Help in estimation, staffing analysis and solutioning activities to prepare for solution delivery of the proposal o Provide inputs to overall project schedule and operations o Track the deliverables o Participate in analysis of incoming cases/tickets/orders, assign to team members and track closure of orders Risk Planning – Provide inputs for technical risk planning Quality Planning – Train team members on project processes and provides tips on process tailoring Team and Client Interfacing o Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project o Support client interfacing activities and help create the relevant reports Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Communication skills and Analytical skills. The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
