Application Developer, Lead
Key Role:
Conduct systems analyses and programming activities related to the development, maintenance, and installation of computer programs to client and commercial application systems. leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, and contribute to the advancement of industry expertise. Solve the most complex technical problems, of critical importance to the organization’s technical direction. Serve as an expert in the field, lead development and implementation of key technologies for the organization. Exhibit ability to develop relationships with their clients, and are highly valued for their knowledge and trusted advice. Exhibit ability to interact with senior-level clients. Work on developing competencies in the project and financial management and be involved in managing teams, and formulating business strategies. Guide the progress of projects, including mentor junior staff in firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in Agile development
-3+ years of experience in Cloud computing, virtualization and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to interface with senior leadership and government personnel
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-BA or BS degree in Cyber, preferred
-Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
