Aviation Readiness Requirements/Resources Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Act as a key technical expert on planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) for DoD weapons systems sustainment. Leverage in-depth knowledge of operations and maintenance accounts, funding, expenditure, and the outcomes to be achieved. Comprehend financial analysis issues, concerns, and organizations. Interface with top management, including responding to their requests for financial data, financial reporting processes, and readiness impacts of funding. Prepare reports and briefings and advise senior leadership on readiness issues and funding needs. Provide work leadership to junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:
-15 years of experience with working in naval aviation
-3 years of experience with program management or financial analysis
-Experience with air systems support and aircraft depot maintenance accounting systems, procedures, and planning
-Knowledge of DoD OMN accounts
-Knowledge of the DoD PPBE process
-Ability to interface with senior NAVAIR and OPNAV financial managers, program managers, and resource sponsors
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as a requirements officer or section head in OPNAV or HQMC or an assistant program manager, integrated product team lead, or financial manager in a program office or systems command competency
-Knowledge of program related logistics, non-program related logistics, program related engineering accounts, and the planning and execution of those accounts
-Knowledge of naval aircraft readiness, maintenance, and supply procedures, organizations and accounts
-MA or MS degree
