Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Analysts to support our strategic, business-transforming projects in IT service and support. This role assists with the prioritization of needs and serves as a liaison between our client's IT employees and business users in Distributions and Logistics systems and applications. This role will work closely with leadership and internal customers as we reshape our application portfolio using business process understanding, appreciation for simplicity and quality, critical thinking, and determination to craft solutions that exceed business and technology objectives. The IT Business Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting a wide variety of solutions with the assistance of other teams within the IT organization. In this role, you will know the business better than the business through a diligence of learning and documentation combined with an in-depth knowledge of the systems being used.

Strong data and business process modeling skills.

Experience in retail, supply chain, or grocery industry.

Experience using SQL.
Experience working as a business analyst in full SDLC for software projects.

Experience providing excellent oral and written communication to a diverse audience.

Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

Expert facilitation skills to lead groups through structured information/requirements gathering

Experience creating process diagrams and structured, clear requirements documentation methods

Consulting or professional services experience

Bachelors degree in IT related Field or relevant work experience.

Experience working in a multi-team, Information Technology organization.

Proven experience within responsibilities listed above.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
