8×8, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for the Global Customer Success and Services (GCSS) Organization. The right candidate must be a self-starter, results-driven, and detail oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in high-energy and cross-functional global teams.
* Manage GCSS Dashboards and Reporting
* Provide analysis to GCSS team in support of Client Executive Business Reviews
* Develop processes and analyses to ensure and monitor data quality
* Build, manage, and enablement of GCSS tools
* Understand 8×8 products and infrastructure to be able to build value-add GCSS business models (rev churn, customer churn, pricing analysis, etc.)
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, math, statistics, or technical field with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience; Preferably in Global Customer Success for Technology company;
* Desire to make data trustworthy and actionable and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to diverse audience
* Must have strong MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
* Business application software knowledge in ************** (or similar CRM), Tableau, and Gainsight are highly desired
* Experience with SQL
* Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
