Job Description

The Boeing Company is looking for a Business Process Analyst in Mesa, AZ. Do you have a passion for ensuring quality in a service environment? Boeing has an opportunity to lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Facilities & Asset Management (F & AM) service organization. The QMS representative will ensure the organization manages and incorporates quality into all services to guarantee customer requirements and expectations are met. This role will work closely with the organization’s leadership team to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and the overall Boeing and Supply Chain & Operations quality management system.

Position Responsibilities:

Define, establish, and implement the F & AM QMS process. Coordinate reviews and approvals
Monitor and implement the QMS organizational structure, processes, procedures, records, and resources needed to integrate, document, implement, and maintain the various components of an effective business system
Maintain updates to organization procedures.
Provide organization communication and training to support QMS deployment and maintenance
Ensure the organization understands and uses company corrective and preventative actions to identify and resolve
QMS nonconformities. Training and direct support to sites
Conduct process self-assessments
Conduct operational and compliance risk assessments. Manage identified risks as warranted. Work closely with F & AM risk management focal

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience leading teams or projects
3+ years of experience leading Quality Management Systems
3-5 years of experience in facilitating or helping to lead process improvement activities.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in Project Management

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is located in Mesa, AZ and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
