Business Process Improvement Analyst
Key Role:
Support Military Health System (MHS) clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Serve as a member of the project team, including assisting in the analysis and implementation of process improvements. Support practice development initiatives, including assisting the business development team with writing proposals. Contact junior- to mid-level client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with supporting management consulting or process improvement initiatives
-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
-Ability to apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to process modernization and improvement projects
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with federal or commercial healthcare business operations
-Ability to lead small project teams to facilitate tje completion of process improvement initiatives, including mentoring or training junior staff
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Public Trust clearance
-Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Methodology Certification
