At Uline, we promise customers that our products are always in stock, ready to ship. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll serve as IT liaison supporting our Purchasing team, making sure they’re equipped to keep our supply chain stocked.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and support reporting solutions for Purchasing functions using Microsoft Tools: SQL, Access, Excel and Power BI.

• Assist with project management, solution design, testing, training and change management activities for Purchasing-related systems projects.

• Gather, define and document business requirements for technical projects.

• Help validate functional / technical solutions and communicate needs and status updates to IT and management.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve department processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field.

• 2+ years of IT business analysis experience, preferably in a supply chain / purchasing environment.

• Experience with the following a plus: JDA, Oracle EBS, VBA, SQL and Power BI.

• Strong attention to detail, diligence and follow-through.
