About the role:
The Dynamics CRM 365 Developer is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customisation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 in the enterprise. This will involve working as part of an agile development team in designing, scoping and facilitating cross functional projects to enhance and develop the use of the GDC’s Dynamics CRM software.
About you:
A health regulatory background not essential to be successful in this role. However, whatever your career history, you will have demonstrable experience of hands-on development working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (including version 2016 or greater). You will be proficient in developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, JavaScript, ODataQuery, HTML5 and FetchXML.

You will have experience in documenting defects/enhancements and implementing solutions. You will be proficient in hands-on data migration / integration using Scribe Insight, Scribe Online, SQL Server Integration Services or similar technologies.
You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities, understanding and implementing business workflows and processes, using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms, Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#. You will also have experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.

Please note that this position will require you to be able to support on the following:
Create custom entities/attributes/relationships
Create custom workflows, dialog, actions, business processes and business rules
Write plug-ins
Write client-side JavaScript customisations
Interact with internal users and act as a business analyst for small projects
Support & train members of the development team across the IT department
Strong technical skills/experience in the following areas are required:
C#
JavaScript
Microsoft CRM Solution Developers Kit (SDK)
Microsoft Visual Studio (2013 or higher)
Point (2010 or higher)
SQL Server Development (2014 or higher)
