Information Security Analyst 2

Work Location:
"Fully Remote – U.S.”

Position:
Working within Enterprise Information Security, the InfoSec Compliance Analyst will support governance, risk and compliance initiatives and perform key day to day operations activities to help implement, maintain and enhance the SOC 1 & SOC 2, HITRUST, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials compliance program. This individual will help create and maintain assessments, facilitate scoping of HITRUST & ISO assessments, identify compliance gaps and assist with gap reporting, mitigation and remediation. This individual will also assist the team conducting and facilitating SOC audits.

Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and facilitate HITRUST & ISO 27001 validated assessments.

• Conduct and facilitate SOC 1 and SOC 2 Audits
• Conduct assessments and facilitate Cyber Essentials assessments.
• Identify compliance gaps and mitigate those gaps with control owners
• Develop, maintain and govern the audit, compliance, and certification strategies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security or related field, or equivalent work experience is required. 
• Minimum 3 years of information technology, information security experience
• Experience leading compliance audit engagements and working with external auditors.
• Experience with SOC 1 or 2 audits, HITRUST myCSF, HIPAA, NIST or ISO 27001/27002 compliance frameworks is required.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• CISSP, CISA, CISM or other information security certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of PCI, SOC2, FISMA or other compliance frameworks is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience presenting to and coordinating with individuals in all levels of an organization.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
• General office demands

Travel:
• 0-25% for offsite client meetings, conferences, and training sessions.

New York and New Jersey Residents Only: The salary range for New York City, NY and Westchester County, NY is $77,280 – $134,400.  The salary range for Ithaca, NY is $67,200– $112,000.  The salary range for Jersey City, NJ is $80,640 – $134,400.  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
