Senior Principal Professional Services Consultant
Senior Principal Professional Services Consultant is responsible for providing primarily technical expertise on project where Genesys Solutions suite is deployed but also be able providing business consultancy.
Responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to):
Ability to conduct Business and Technical Workshop for iWD and/or Digital media channels (Email, Chat, Social, etc).
Acting as a Technical Lead / Design Authority for complex Genesys Solutions implementation projects.
Solution Architecture and Design (preparing and leading design workshops with customer technical teams, writing business flow and technical design documentation, etc.).
Conducting technical Knowledge Transfer sessions for members of customer teams and for other Genesys PS Consultants.
Troubleshooting of issues with existing Genesys IWD & Digital Channels Solutions implementations.
Travel may be required (about 50% of working time on average, but it might be more than that, subject to the project requirements).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related work experience.
10+ years of related industry experience.
Solutions Architecture & Design experience (business requirements gathering and analysis, development of technical design documents, ability to run technical architecture workshops with customer teams).
Excellent language and presentation skills: ability to prepare and deliver presentations for existing and prospect customers, ability to prepare and provide technical training sessions for other Genesys employees, ability and willingness to mentor new hires, etc.
Knowledge of Genesys suite is considered as main requirement for this position with experience with Genesys iWD and/or Genesys eServices solutions.
Knowledge of 3rd party Workload Distribution solution is requested.
The successful candidate will possess at least 50% of skills outlined below:
Experience building routing flow for iWD and Digital media channels (Email, Chat, Social, etc) using Composer.
Experience building iWD Rules Templates using Composer based application, Genesys Rules Development Tool (GRDT).
Experience building iWD Rules Packages using Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT).
Familiarity with java scripting language, java message service (JMS).
Knowledge of use of basic network infrastructure components: TCP/IP routers, proxies, load balancers.
Practical experience working at least one of the modern Relational Database Management Systems: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
Practical experience working with any Linux OS distribution or any other UNIX-like OS: shell scripting, optimization, installation and troubleshooting in addition to practical experience on Windows OS.
