Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.
Will focus on Operations job aids. Create, update, and maintain all job aids for the Denver and Knoxville Fulfillment teams. Working in conjunction with peers in Knoxville to ensure that all job aids are current and have been approved through Compliance. Will work daily on exception reporting to ensure customers are set up correctly. Will help provide functional training for the Boarding and Quality teams in the Denver office.
– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– Two to three years of experience in project management activities
– Basic knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
– Well-developed organizational and analytical skills
– Thorough knowledge of project management
– Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
