Senior Peoplesoft Business Systems Analyst

Under the direction of the M-Financial-Supply Chain or designee; carry out various duties in support of business systems and end users including but not limited to: perform analysis of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements; plan, design, and test systems and interfaces; coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; train end-users as needed; document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance; and act as liaison to all end users. Work with technical resources on errors.Provide functional/technical supervision of other employees in the same or related classifications where supervisory responsibility is limited to occasional direction, guidance, explanation, etc. Act as an applications expert and assume training responsibilities as needed.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience required. Must have PeopleSoft experience in the area of Financials, specifically in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Project Costing and/or HCM, specifically in Payroll, Benefits and HR. Technical/programming experience preferred. PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required. Five (5) years MIS and/or business related experience, including two (2) years in similar and related position required.
