Service Project Manager
Key Role:
Provide administrative support to senior client leadership. Conduct administrative services, including maintaining responsibility of electronic calendars and schedules, drafting and disseminating meeting notes, drafting and coordinating e-mails and other correspondence, compiling and editing operations reports to external stakeholders, tracking external tasking in collaboration with staff and other office management activities, as determined by management. Provide support services, including monitoring e-mail, coordinating individual and conference room calendars, making appointments for meetings, preparing paperwork, proofreading and editing correspondence, facilitating travel arrangements, and setting up conference calls. Interact with internal and external government organizations. Create and modify basic documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Provide customer service support and troubleshoot customer issues, and provide division budget tracking and analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
-1 year of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with Microsoft Word, including Excel spreadsheets
-Experience as an effective administrator
-Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
-Ability to handle multiple demanding and complex projects in a timely manner with accurate results
-Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED

-Possession of excellent judgement, tact, and discretionary skills
-Possession of excellent customer service skills
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-BA or BS degree
