Position Description
CGI is seeking a senior Strong DB developer with some ETL(Informatica) experience. The developer will rely on their growing technical skills and experience to design, estimate, present and deliver technical solutions with clean, well-organized and expressive code to CGI's customer base. The developer will be working with our client to understand their business needs and help deliver value though technology. The candidate should we very articulate about the technologies that come into play and capable of providing direction on this space.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Hands on experience in Oracle Database development skill
• Analyzes user requirements, and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.
• Creates technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems.
• Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline and also establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments.
• Work closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work closely with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
• Research and recommend functional libraries to expedite development
• Maintain a productive work environment

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• At least 6+ years of overall experience as an Informatica ETL Developer (Mandatory)
• At least 6+ years overall experience with Informatica PowerCenter Domain Skills
• 5 years hands on experience in Informatica using Oracle
• 5 years hands on experience and understanding on CA7 Job Scheduler
• Highly skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, development of Stored procedures, Triggers, PL/SQL packages
• Hands on experience in building Data Integration solutions using INFORMATICA 10 and above
• Experience in Oracle Database programming
• Experience in using Bitbucket for version control;
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• CI/CD implementation and deployment to non-production environments
• Experience using Agile methodologies for developing application
