Technology Lead(s)-U.S. (Engineering) needed in Richardson, Texas, and various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to design, develop, test, and deploy specific modules for software products. Gather and document requirements. Perform design and analysis tasks applicable to concept design, preliminary design, detailed design, and testing support phases of the product development lifecycle. Develop high quality software; perform software code and hardware design reviews; and test setup to ensure defect-free software/hardware. Participate in high level/low level designs; guide teams in developing high quality applications; guide teams in testing to ensure quality software; perform quality checks; review and approve documentation; interface with client teams and project teams; provide status reports to clients; and participate in client review meetings.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business (Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Management), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience as a Technology Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, Module Lead, or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience in the following: CAD/CAM/CAE tools, Embedded Programming Languages, Embedded tools or real time operating systems; in engineering processes at sub-systems level in at least one of the following industry domains: Aeronautical, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Process Engineering in one of the following technical areas: design, analysis, manufacturing, or testing. Employer will accept 3 years of post-secondary study in any field and one year of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. as the position may involve relocation to various and unanticipated client site locations; any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy.
